Ünlü yönetmen Sinan Çetin Türkiye’de tek parti yönetimince yıllar önce uygulanan bir yasak ve paralelinde gelen bir dayatmayı “Mutlu ol! Bu bir emirdir” adlı bir kısa filmle eleştirdi.

Sinan Çetin’in, Nebil Özgentürk’ün hazırladığı, 85 yıllık cumhuriyetin dönüm noktalarının insan öyküleriyle aktarıldığı “Türkiye’nin Hatıra Defteri” belgesel için çektiği kısa film, 30′lu yıllardaki Batılılaştırma dayatmasını ve ardından gelen alaturka müzik dinleme yasağını konu ediniyor. Film, bir köy evinde söylenen ‘gesi bağları’ türküsü ile başlıyor.

Ailenin eğlencesi “susun lan” şeklinde soğuk bir emirle kesilir. Bir anda yüzlerine doğrultulmuş tüfeklerin namlularıyla burun buruna gelen aile fertleri neye uğradıklarını şaşırırlar.

Eve gelen askerler aile fertlerine bundan böyle türkü çalıp söylemekten vazgeçmelerini, Batılı bestecilerin eserlerini seslendirmeleri gerektiğini anlatmaya çalışırlar. Ne var ki eve girip “Batılı olacaksınız” diye dayatan askerler de Batı müziğinden hayli uzaktır.

Güçlü bir tek parti dönemi eleştirisi olma özelliğini taşıyan kısa filmde bağlama ile çalınan 9. senfoninin askerleri de oynatmayı başardığı görülüyor.
